I got to sign a pile of my Super Hammy ABC books at Indigo in Toronto!
A whole bunch of Canadian children’s authors and illustrators including Jennifer Mook Sang, Debbie Ridpath Ohi and Werner Zimmermann participated in the book signing event at Indigo’s Yonge and Eglinton store. We even got to put a “Signed by author” sticker on our books! Many thanks to Christie Williamson and Bruce Lord of Indigo!
15 copies of Super Hammy ABC (signed) are on the shelf at the Yonge & Eglinton store.
Afterwards, I attended my first meeting of CANSCAIP (Canadian Society of Children’s Authors, Illustrators and Performers)! While introducing myself, I managed to trip over my purse and fall onto my chair! How to make yourself memorable!
